Players' sons in auto-generated draft classes

I'm scouting the 2023 draft class in my league, and I came across
Tony Parker Jr. (30th on draft board, 6'3" 197 lbs, killer crossover badge, Texas, 20 years old, looks French/like Tony Parker but with a full head of medium length hair, B+ potential) and Amare Stoudemire Jr. (6'8 or something PF, looks a lot like Amare with similar gear and strengths, Arizona, 2nd round projection, B- potential).

Is this a new feature? Are there other juniors later on? Have I been living under a rock? This is really cool. Has anyone else seen these prospects?

It is such a really cool feature. I like how their college is based on the father, so for example I saw Derrick Rose Jr's college was Illinois (home state) and most of the time the player looks/has the same gear as the father.

Yeah I have Carmelo Jr. in the draft class I'm scouting now. He's also a SF/PF but seems like he will be more athletic and more of a perimeter shooter, less post up. It is a cool feature.

            That's freaking amazing.

I thought having retired players were cool (I have KG as the Wolves coach right now), but I didn't think this would happen.

I'm going to have to sim a lot of seasons to see who pops up.

I have seen Dirk Nowitzki Jr. pop up a couple of times over on the NBA2k Reddit. Love the new feature indeed

Is it just me or did they remove/reduce this feature with a patch?
