Best teams to relocate?

I want to relocate a team in MyGM but from what I've seen in-game and online it's not easy and can take a while.

Any suggestions on what teams relocate the easiest? Does it matter if it's a team that would realistically move? Should I focus on current market size or operations budget?

I'd prefer a rebuilding project and somebody more likely to really move but just wondering what the most successful team move would be. Originally planning on Min or Sac. I plan to move to Austin if it helps any.

I'm currently rebuilding/relocating the knicks

We're a playoff team now but for relocating you need the big bucks which are gotten through goals, and yeah it's hard man, Montreal keeps waiting for me....

Thanks, thought about doing the Knicks too. I think I'll stick with the Timberwolves most likely because after testing a couple teams they have very attainable goals which I'm sure will help. Gonna be a challenge, seems like you need a ton of money for facilities.
If anybody else has been successful fairly quickly with other squads let me know.

I want tying to move to montreal to lol and I even simmed the whole season and still couldn't relocate there. I feel it should have been easier to relocate teams because now the game is boring because I'm not a online player I play mygm all day. I just want to have my own team and win a championship with them
