I play strictly offline and I haven't seen this. The times I've blown a lead is when I've played poorly, or I've just gotten in a flow and got a good lead to start with and then the luck stop.

I honestly never seen any comeback code in any 2K or felt I was being cheated. I can blow teams out and maintain actually just did it in the finals against the Rockets on HOF/SIM.

Sometimes teams just come back because you're just simply off or not executing well. I promise there is no scripted comeback code. Only thing I think that is somewhat scripted is during MC you can almost tell which one of your teammates will miss almost everything that game.

I think their is some type of boost to the losing team. When I play online I will say 80% of the games are last minute nail biters. In previous versions this was not the case. I would get way more blowout's. Don't matter the teams, it just seems like every game is going down to the last minute. I would say the comeback cheat threshold is set at about 10 because once I get up about 10 I start seeing some silly things happen to get them right back in the game. It's weird because I'll run my offense to perfection and they start missing open 3s, then my opponent come down court and hit a 3 with a hand in his grill by some Medicore shooter.
