A return of Rec Center in my Park ?

I'd welcome the Rec or some sort of 5v5 to come back to the MyPark scene. I always noticed the closed gates in the middle of each park.

More importantly, I wish there was a way for people playing Pro-Am to see how many teams are in games or searching.
Currently, on the Australian (Asia) servers, there are hardly any teams playing Pro-Am.

I feel that mypark rep is too good for people to resist (even though the grind to Legend 1 and above is even harder).
Only recently with Patch3 are we now receiving VC for Pro-AM.

We got a couple of pro-am games on the weekend, but this was after sending messages to recent players to come and verse us.

Pro-Am Walk-on Mode is the rec center, but it's not very good.


If there was a door that would take you there (so you could gather rivals/friends), that'd be great since the MATCHMAKING SUCKS for pro-am walk-on.


I tried to play Pro-Am walk-on with a friend by inviting them to mycourt and choosing Pro-Am as walk on and it either puts on SEPARATE teams or diferent servers altogether!

There's also only ONE gym and you're stuck in either a gold or black jersey (no options)

The reason Rec was so fun was the implementation of Rep. The ability to play with your friends 5v5 and progress through Rep ranks is what Pro-Am is missing.

I miss those nights that would roll into 1am and we wouldn't get off since we are dominating different teams in The Rec. This game took out what was the whole reason why I kept on playing NBA 2K15.

The only way to do that now is to form a "team" and join Pro-Am as team, which on paper sounded nice, but it's actually a huge pain in the ***.

The nice part about MyPark's matchmaking is you matchmake with people IN THE PARK. You don't have to send out messages or ask people to come play outside of the game.

I do think you could fix "Pro-Am Play as Walk-On" mode and make it feel more like Rec Center, though:
