Potential Update?

Is it just me or does anyone else feel there should be an update in potential as well as attributes. I'd like to start a MyCareer with the Knicks but I can't live with Porzingis being an 82 potential. The 3 people ahead of him have an 88 Potential but he's stuck at 82. Even though his Overall has been bumped to 80. It's clear he has a high ceiling. I'm sure he isn't the only one. There are probably others. He's just the one that screams out to me.

This bugged me last year as well. By the end of the year we had several young guys who had already essentially peaked according to the official rosters, when in reality that's far from the case.

On the flip side, some busts had been dropped in overall rating but gained their attributes back in a season since their potential stood pat.

Not just potential updates too, but injury/durability ratings updated as well. It really bothers me to see Hassan Whiteside with 66 durability ratings all across the board because 2k overlooked those attributes when applying updates.

Nope. 2015 Rookies still the same in second year so far in mine. Although in MyLeague rookies like KAT would jump a good 3-5 points.

I don't see players getting better. Static progress.

I noticed no progression in my second season myself. But it was the first full season so I thought that might be the reason. I dunno if things change for your second full season.

Yeah I felt that when a rookie or young player's overall jumps the roster maker should raise their potential too.

Porzingis' potential should be on par with Towns (88 or higher)
