Casual player: New to NBA 2k Series

    Hi all,
I'm a casual console sports player meaning I don't play sports games that often and usually don't play against people online either. Mainly just play some games here and there for fun with my fav team. I've stayed away from this series mainly because the controls seem hard to learn as there are so many options (which probably is a good thing!). Well now that I have a PS4 this game is on my radar again as it looks oh so fine.

So, keeping in mind the above, will this game be fun or frustrating for me control wise? I imagine there is a learning curve as with most things so expect it will take me a bit to get used to.

Also, is Jordan in the game and how do I play as him? Is he unlocked from the start?

    Thanks all

absolutely fun for me. i love the playoff atmosphere. the home crowd chants are more energized than the regular season.
control wise ... i improved after getting to the practice doing drills repeatedly. occassionally will go blacktop and try out the dribbling moves.

he is in. there's another thread talking about him "will mj looks like mj this year". check it out. 2k did everything right with his physics, moves, gestures etc. but not the face and the calf guard. Lol

Jordan is in the game, you can use him on one of the classic Bulls teams or in Blacktop mode, which is streetball 1v1, 2v2, 3v3.

I think the controls are easy

Not sure how often you'll play it? If the 60 bucks is worth it, do it.
