Consider the low team averages for points per quarter and points per game in Pro Am: I feel the contested shots falling is fine.
We take those away and you trim even more fat to the point the game loses too much offensive juice.
I have plenty of games in Pro AM where we have quarters where neither team scores more than 15-17 points in a quarter - you are hard pressed to score 20+ per quarter.
What's point of griping about 1 player going off on some lucky dice rolls when rest of his team is still struggling to go 50/50?
I hope we can put these apprehensions in proper perspective and not simply magnify one man's gains while ignore the sum of the parts that make up the whole scoring summary.
I myself have games where I'm red hot but rest of my team is struggling or its another teammate red hot and the rest of us is struggling or playing mediocre. In these same games we as a team are lucky to end the game at 50% or better and this is typically what most games are like in Pro Am.
This game in Pro AM is no where close to the likeness of 2k15 JRC. In JRC you had multiple dudes who could chew you up shooting 75% or better and finishing with 30pts a piece. These days a hot player may still struggle to be just over 50% shooting at the end of the game.
