Save file corrupted

I'm having an issue with downloading user files, whether it be draft classes or sliders. When I go to download them, it says "this save file is corrupted and cannot be loaded." I tried reinstalling NBA 2k16 on my ps4 and still the same. Any ideas what could cause this? Im about to just reset my entire ps4

Try these 2 as follow:

Ps4-Safe Mode- 5th option - Rebuild Database

Open the game let it flow on main menu and wait until it goes to demo mode then press Ds4 ps button and power off the system.

After these you may have it sorted out.
