Couple of ProAm questions

How do guys have players rated 95 & above in ProAm? I am a 6'3 PG and have maxed out my upgrades and I'm rated 88, yet every game I'm seeing guys rated 95 and above on the other teams. How do they get rated so highly?

Also, is there a way to call defensive plays in ProAm? I know how to call plays on offense, but can't get the menu to pop up on defense.

You can practice during your days off.

Do you mean in the MyCareer mode? If so, is there anything specific you have to do in practice to get the upgrades?

You have to play My Career to get the upgrades. Once you're done your rookie season you'll have off days to get endorsements, connections, and do practices.

If you're tryna get it done quick only play games that come before a day off, sim all the rest.

you only have to attend practice, you can quit and it'll still go towards your upgrade point. You'll see a bar on the practice selection area on the day off screen(not the one you see when practice is finished). You need 5 practice days for an upgrade point.
