What causes input lag on MyPark?

Is it the servers or other players who may have bad internet?

This is just unplayable half the time.

The million dollar question.

I'm on the verge of avoiding online play for a length period of a month or more - it's become this unplayable.

I don't know where the bottleneck exists but my inputs are severely delayed and it keeps me at a strong disadvantage.

Bad/lazy code and server issues. You can play hundreds of video games online without input lag. In fact, input lag is pretty rare nowadays. The 2k series has a few legacy issues including input lag and until they change things on their end, you're not going to be able to play without it.

This game is just BS. I step away from the game for a week because of the frustration online, come back and it still gives you this Bullshet.

I go to play 21 and half the game has lag with random moments where it's okay.
One person quits so of course the CPU doesn't have lag and will win.

Total BS.

It's even worse on 3v3.

Im from Poland and dont have any problems with input so 2k keep it up in Europe.

You do realize that by claiming there is input lag online, that doesn't have to do with online connection, means both user players are playing under the same conditions, with the same amount of input lag, therefore making it even?

I notice input lag offline too. It's noticable to say the least and I have PS4 plugged into PC Monitor (not TV). Also my good friend also confirms there is slight input lag on his PC, so it's not platform dependent.

Not when players on the other team quit in frustration so you have to guard the CPU.

And even if you're talking human vs human, it doesn't matter. This isn't how the game is meant to be played. At that point it becomes a game of luck. Hopefully you don't run out of bounds or accidentally shoot a jumper instead of a layup. Or hope that when the lag goes in and out throughout the game, it goes in your favor.

I've won a few games which had lag beginning to end. I don't want it in the game in the first place.

There are a lot of times the game feels clunky, unresponsive and laggy. And it's all offline..

Also it's very disturbing that the game feels different every time i play. It's just awful. As i've also created thread about Eu servers last night it felt great that i've never experienced this good of a flow in 2k series since we went to ps4 era 2k14-15-16 all together best experience i've had last night for about an hour and i wonder what will happen tonight as i'm sure it will change and will feel either clunky or smt. ( I hope not!!!!)

Well all i wish is that a great flow will be the norm both offline and online all the time.
