UPDATE REQUIRED!!!...what is this 2k?

Ok I got this message this morning while playing offline on my steam account. This is the 2nd update this week. This time I caught it in time to record it. What is this 2k. Sneaky stuff I suspect

Lol, sneaky? It's there almost every day for me. It's just 2K updating things. Rosters, my career store, etc.

because it seems every time I play this game and the gameplay is perfect, they then go and change something. This update is that change I believe. The thing is why wont 2k give us a update sheet explaining what they did. Why so dame sneaky. Mike always told us "we never change gameplay unless we tell you threw a patch".......bull

That's another question I had. Ok what is the difference between a PATCH vs UPDATE?? They seem to do the same things to me. The only thing that is different as far as I see is that a patch is able to change the player models looks. And a patch is usually bigger....

It's likely updates to the rosters (such as current game stats), career store, 2KTV videos, etc.
