I turned off the shoot meter and i have so MUCH BETTER control about my player in my park .. Like no more lagg if you play D .. You turn left you go left at the same time but if you play with shoot meter it's laggy as hell and more defficult to play D.

WHY ??

Maybe it's just you because I turned my meter off and it still feels the same, a little delayed

More importantly... hows your shot?

Ever since the article with the game designer recommending to turn it off, I have had mine off and saw great results.

Stupid game turned it back on and I suddenly lost my touch.. its definitely a distraction.

I didn't notice the other stuff, though.. did you mess with anything else?

I turned everything off after going 4-11 twice and 3-8 in pro am. I suddenly went 11-19 but was still upset because I felt I should've been 15-19 but I guess sometimes that it how works in real life. And I changed my jumpshot when I went 11-19.

Turn off the shot meter in your main menu outside of my career. Next time you go in my career: ensure it is set to off and it should remain off in Park in Pro Am too.

I personally have not experienced any connection there between the meter and lag. I have just experienced feeling more like a pure shooter with the meter off - shooting feels more natural and in thst sense I feel I can shoot better.

I havent turned it off but havent payed as much attention to it when shooting, luckily I use James Harden's form which is already pretty easy not to mention I always play as the rockets so I know it to heart. I leave on the meter though just to make sure I dont miss free throws (lol)
