Mycareer:players only meetings

I was drafted by the sixers in mycareer i asked to be traded to the knickerbockers so i could play in the triangle. Be carefull what you wish for! The tendencys of my teamates completly conflict with the princepals of my teams offense. I would love a feature added to the offdays, being able to hold team meeting where i could influence thier tendencys. Im sure weve all played with the good shoot that wont put it up, or that bigman who refuses to post. I have a center that loves to foul. If i could hold a meeting telling them to shoot wen your opean, go to work in the post, or chill on those fouls. I think it would be a cool addition and improve the oncourt my career experience. Giving you a little more say in how your teamates play. Anyone else have troubles with tendencys in mycareer? Or have a hard time fitting in to your teams freelance offense?

Player only meetings and Coach Sitdowns!!!!

Yea man coach sitdowns where you can influence playbooks/rotations minutes.Free lance/ univeral defensive settings ect ect. Maybe put it so you can only disscuss 1 thing at a tyme as not to ruin the 'im a player on this team immersion' and youd have to use an offday to do it. Would be great addition IMO

I would love this, tbh. I could knock Aaron Afflalo in the head every time he takes a bad shot. I could knock Lance Thomas in the head every time he doesn't shoot when he is open. I could knock Phil Jackson in the head for having a total of 2 guards in our entire rotation.

All of this would make me very happy.
