Draft pick value?

Is it just me or do the draft picks in this game of next to no value? I'm trying to trigger some trades offering a lesser player for a better player along with pretty much every single one of my first round draft picks plus my top second round draft pick I'm getting no takers.

Draft pick vaule IRL is determined by the projected pick selection number and the talent of draft class. Are you offering high level picks?

In MyGM draft picks seem to have a ton of value. It takes a lot to get a first rounder away from a CPU.
