SS Sim I just got lucky on that file ended up trading most of my team off as the Bucks except MCW and Gianness for picks and the next 3 years all just happened to have some really good quality players availed to draft and I also got lucky they stayed healthy an developed well at the peak of my team I was running a full 13 man rotation with only one guy below a 80 and all of my starting 5 including my 6 and 7th man being 90+ and the reason I say it's luck is because I play a lot of my gm and ML and this was the only one were that worked usually the draft doesn't stay that strong or even gets that strong to begging with and a lot of the guys either end up being injury prone or just complete busts

For CPU when simming seasons to test stuff i've seen 20, 22, 29 by Warriors and 20 by Cavs. Right now in MyLeague that im playing Warriors had 12, my longest is 6 but i have only played a long season with Pacers on tough sliders so nothing impressive obviously.

Currently in my GM, my Bulls are on a 11 game winning streak but can't get any separation from the Cavs who are on a 16 game winning streak.
