Which is why you dont even have to practice but a few times to figure out how what the sweet spot is.

Another reason why you see casuals blasting 3s at a high clip with random players . The shot release timing is almost universal .

Im thinking devs have gotten lazy in this regard because i remember in 2k12 you had to actually practice your whole team jumpshots to get the timing right. The Fadeaway game was much more deeper also.

I think standing jumpshot release timing should never be difficult. Shooting rating and position/situation should be key factors always. I don't want to see mediocre shooters with easy release be elite shooter ever again.

Huh? They are definitely not all the same....

If anything there are some that have some odd release points like Durant, Lowry and Dragic...

good to decent shooters that are way more hard to shoot with than they should be.

Curry doesn't have the same release spot as Al Horford

I'm just tired of bricking wide open 3s with Kevin Love and JR Smith when people help off to cut off the driving lane. Yes I know people miss wide open shots irl but not like these guys. Love is the worst.

JR Smith!? Wow.

I have to play tight off ball everytime I play the Cavs online or hell kill me on the quick pass and pull up from a small gap...

Love I don't see a lot of people get off with unless he's wide open

but JR, man you may want to check your release

Well with JR it's not every single game but I probably have 1 good shooting games out of 10 with Love. I am near perfect most of the time but I miss consistently. He's essentially useless if people are doubling Lebron and Kyrie off Pick and Pop plays and Love will brick 3-5 in a row.

Next time it happens I will try to remember to record it. It really happens against guys who usually cheese the entire game. If I don't get a perfect release I will miss half the times with JR and 3/4 with Love. WIDE OPEN.
