2k Pro-Am League

Has anyone heard of these? They seem to be popping up on FB. These guys have found a way to deliberately play a specific team. I think it's cool and wonder why 2k didn't think of this on their own.

Do they do well or do they crash and burn?

I've tried joining a squad, but the dudes usually never are on and nothing ends up happening.

2K sucks for Online Matchmaking when you compare it to other Next Gen games. Organizing leagues seems like a full-time job, which alienates those of us that don't want to dedicate that much time to organizing things, but still want to enjoy being in a league.

How do I join? Well organized? I wouldn't mind starting one in the future but I am amazed that 2k doesn't have a matchmaking for this. My guess they are working on something for RTTF. I hope.
