Every time there's a hashtag on the bottom this thread happens. Does it bother you that much really?

No, not particularly.

But... three years from now when the hashtag turns into an unskippable two minute ad loaded from the internet. You're going to have wished you complained about the Hashtag.

Well has the complaining on this internet platform made them stop the hashtags?

You don't really need to listen to anybody when you have a monopoly.

Edit: You particularly don't need to listen to anybody when you can hire two guys at middle salary to take the brute force of all of your complaints and walk away scot free with millions in extra profits that could go into making the game better, but don't.

The most realistic step forward (seeing as NBA live is done) are steps towards american consumer protection as it pertains to odd-based DLC purchases in video games.

ie. You'd have to show odds on any given item from a paid DLC purchase (a pack)

This would be amazingly crippling and I would love to see a movement towards laws like that.

Yeah not gonna happen. 2k isn't even the biggest offender or even the company that makes the most money by far. And don't buy packs then... If you don't have money to buy an item, don't buy it. They're not pointing a gun at your head. You are deciding to buy a VIRTUAL ITEM. Before you compare it to gambling. They still offer play now online and other game modes play those.

What you say makes no sense. You are not obliged to go into casino's as well, but there are laws that ensure that the rulletes/sole machines will not be rigged. Some goes for State lotteries etc. No one obliges you to gamble... Even internet casinos, which are completely virtual have specific rules. Packs don't

You're getting virtual players. Not money... What in saying makes sense to someone in the real world.

Also you're making the decision to transfer your money to in useless currency by 2ks rules (can't sell vc or mt) There is no promise if it being transferred back to USD like an Internet casino. Why is it remotely the same thing? But yeah good try
