Instead of factions, pick a college.

Idea.

Insted of picking a faction to represent (rivet, sunset, flyers) 2k puts their college team lisense to use, and everyone picks one of the available colleges to represent.

Park games could be played on a college campus outdoor courts, Pro-Am walk ons could be in practice arenas or empty areans, like an intramural or scrimmage game, and ProAm team games could still be with created teams and all that.

Ideas.

Also, just because...jump mechanic where you hold tri/Y to load up the jump, then release when you want to go up. Would help with timing, and make it skill based.(ish)

Thanks for the idea, not really a fan. I don't mind the current factions they have but the boosts each give are pretty dumb IMO and implemented poorly.

You can't really have colleges for people to choose from, two things come to mind initially.

1) You currently have 8 colleges in the game I think? If you were to make each a "faction" that's 8 and it would split the player base up way too much.

2) Some people are very loyal and into their college team, not all colleges would be represented for obvious reasons and it would lead to a lot of people be turned off to the mode altogether IMO.

The college thing sounds like a good idea, but not sure about the rebounding idea.

Not quite sure how holding a button down then releasing it would make rebounding skill based more than just pressing a button.

Nice idea with the colleges though. Thinking outside of the box.
