NBA 2k16 My GM Coach Mode (CPU v CPU)
I think I found out how to do CPU v CPU in NBA 2k16.

Save and Quit game. Enter MyGM mode again, then come back and it's CPU v CPU. From that point on, you can call timeouts, make subs using dpads and call plays.
