Can we edit all 36 teams Name, location, uniform?

Will there be different uniform options, for example short shorts, when designing classic teams?

1)Can we take away teams to start our franchise modes and then do expansion? Such as starting out with 24 teams and get expansion going from there.

2)How many players are we able to protect during expansion?

Will there be community designs readily available for us to customize for every team?

For example, If I wanted to do an all NCAA league, could I make each of the 30 or 36 teams with certain college uniforms & logos just by getting a user created design for each one? Rather than hand make my own for 36?
