Defense. Especially paint defense. In pro-am a center who doesn't jump all the time and play good help defense is key. I love it when the bigs help me in the paint when my pg gets burned. Locking down shooters by contesting shots and playing tight perimeter defense is big also. I only play pro-am and what I notice is everyone can score but not everyone can play defense.
