Paint area CPU stealing is a little ridiculous, hopefully 2k17 addressed it.

Still an issue, my player seems to believe they are the CPU because the CPU can pass through the user.

2K passing is to animated giving the CPU time to intercept the ball.

The key is look at the teammate's animation that is suppose to catch the ball: change direction the wrong way, run into traffic, stop on a tic tac, or just keeps running.
Pretty much canned animations.

so nobody thinks it's an issue just having a guy lose the ball the second he touches it? sometimes he cant even bring the ball down(animation and we pretty much have no control of his gather). and the god-awful bump-into-a-guy-and-lose-the-ball animations? i mean seriously fellas? 2K needs to completely eliminate some of this stuff. this just isnt basketball bro.
