The most glaring issue this year is that every single player who had body type 3 last year (which isn't too bad looking) now has body type 7. The "High School" body type, or as I call it, the Kerri Walsh Jennings body type. This includes the players the OP listed:

-Giannis Antetekounmpo
-Seth Curry
-Dennis Schroder
-Ian Clark

As well as

-Kevin Durant
-Steph Curry
-Mike Dunleavy Jr
-Brandon Jennings
-Andrew Wiggins
-Rudy Gobert
-Jeremy Lin
-Evan Fournier
-Terrence Ross

And many others including rookie Brandon Ingram.

Zach LaVine of all people does not have this body type because he has bodytype 1, and therefor was not part of the mass copy and paste of body type 3 to 7.

This is a major eye sore as no NBA player, EVEN Ingram, is this skinny. Hence, why it was the High School body type last year.
Thanks man, im sure it is something that could be easily corrected, they already have body type 3.
Played the 2KU prelude tuto, the game is smooth the only issue i have right now is how innacurate some players look and that would kill immersion for me.
I already preordered way back but im hesitant right now. I know gameplay comes first but this is unacceptable.

Please SteveOS can you help us out here?

As a Warriors fan the body model of Curry is such an eye sore...especially when they nailed it in 16

Not sure how I'm just seeing this thread now. It really would be nice if it were stickied.

Player models this year are worse than last year. That's just unacceptable.

Guys are either too thick or way to scrawny.

The thick player model...the upper torso is just way too wide. From the huge shoulders, to the width of their backs and chest, to their waist.

And the noodle armed models...what in the world is going on there? These are body types of 11 year old boys.

Giannis looked pretty good last year, all things considering. Had some muscle in his arms and shoulders. But now, it looks NOTHING like him. Why would they do this?

It seems like there's literally 2 or 3 models in the entire game.

Also, his hair is the same as last years game (which still was wrong). And his skin should be the same as Jabari, not darker.

As far as contacting the 2K guys, I have many times...here and twitter...but I get no response.

I was just giving examples of guys who are now body type 7 (155lbs build)

Paul George would look great with body type 3. He currently has body type 1 which is the average body type. Cousins had body type 2 in 2K16 which is the lean muscular body type that DWade has.

Absolutely, Curry looked fine last year with body type 3. It's a little too defined, specifically with the traps, but it's so much better than this year, which is body type 7 like the guys I listed.

WISports, read my original post on page 2 as well as the link I attached, explains how many there are and why Giannis now weighs 155lbs
