Yeah the pace of the game is terrible (granted it's blacktop lol) but the overall movement and fluidity of the game looks FANTASTIC!

Rebounding looks a lot better . I seen some new catch animations as well . Transition into drives and pull ups look a lot better.

The deflections look great, so does the movement...

I wonder why players werent doing their FT routines though...maybe its off in tutorial mode?
Looks like he was just skipping them by pressing X. I do that too when I shoot free throws.

You can see why they don't post gameplay vids in their pre-marketing campaign. I mean it looks very similar to 2k16. Other than the new animations, most of the tweaks have been done in the back end imo. It's all under the hood. On the surface it's still all the same graphics and default dribbling / catching / running animations, which i'm not totally cool with. It makes the game feel stale for me a bit

Hold on, hold on, Is the free throw animations where it cuts out and the ball automatically is in the refs hands gonna be in every mode!? I wasted at least 2 days of my life watching refs walk to balls during free throw attempts

That lebron sprint animation look miles better than how it does in 2K16. The contact, the shove looks great aswell.

Did they call a foul on that play btw ? Do we know if it was a charge or a block ?
