It's out in New Zealand.

Make a new email. Sign up for a NEw Zealand account. Takes 2-3 minutes max.

Download Prelude.

Wait a coupla hours.

Download finished.

Switch to your main account if you have to/want to.

Enjoy Prelude.

I just went ahead and started downloading it from the New Zealand store so I at least get some play time in before I have to go to work tomorrow.
