Prelude 2K store is crashing for me....

I'm on Game 5. backed out to apply attribute upgrades. went to 2k store and it crashes every single time i try to enter the 2K store. to be more specific.


1. Won Game 4.
2. Took me to the menu to play game 5.
3. Backed out by pressing B(xbox)
4. Opened MyPlayer Inventory on accident and backed out
5. Selected 2K store.
6. Crash.


And now it crashes every single time i select 2K stroe.

I'm on ps4 and I put 20 items in my cart and checked out to be greeted by an error and a corrupt data notification. But now i also can not access the 2k store, all of my purchases went through though.

i was able to upgrade my player once, after game 2. Is 2K store crashing for you as well? and which game are you on?

Yeah on PS4 I keep crashing trying to get into the 2k store

Yeah part of those 20 items in the cart were all my upgrades. I just finished the last game of the prelude

were you able to get in once before, make a transaction, and then not able to after that first time?


Seems that the bug is after you make your first transaction(however many you make in that first transaction seems to not matter), when you go back in, it crashes.

I was able to use the store before but now I get the error too

It'll be fixxed sooner or later

I haven't even played a game yet and went into store but backed out and decided to practice. After practice I went back into store and crashes every time.
