If I delete my prelude save AND the game file...

And then download it again do you think I could replay it?

I'm not happy with my build at all. I wish they would've let you try a few builds in some sort of practice mode before sticking with it.

I'm assuming when we start a new career in the full game we'll be able to play through all the college stuff again?

The career save is tied to your gamertag so deleting it won't do anything. Just create you another account and use it to test other builds.

Created new account to play again but I keep getting EFEAB30C and 4B538E50 2K connection errors on the new accounts. Cannot go online whatever I do.

Anybody else having that problem on 2K17?

Yep me too - I think 2k made it so one can't have prelude on more than like 3accounts.

It won't work if you tried it on more than 4 accounts. I was testing builds after I tried a 5th account kept getting an error code. Even deleted it but didn't work now my little bro has to wait until next Friday to do his build

I don't understand the reason for this anyway but going to delete everything and try again because I cannot play the game.

if you start a career then delete the save and try to play again on same account, you will get the message saying you completed the prelude even if you haven't. and after you play on 4-5 accounts on same console and start getting error codes, there is literally nothing you can do besides play on a different system. 2k only lets you connect to the server from the 1st 4-5 accounts you play 2k17 prelude on, there is no fix for that so choose wisely unless you have multiple consoles

Thx for information. I definitely going to test my top3 builds on dummy accs before choosing one on the main acc.

                  From 2K Support:

CAN I PLAY THROUGH THE PRELUDE MULTIPLE TIMES?

If you've downloaded and played through The Prelude on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, you may want to try to play through it again. We don't blame you: It's a lot of fun.

However, The Prelude is designed to only be played through once per account/gamertag on a console. In the full retail version of NBA 2K17, you'll of course be able to play through/restart your MyCAREER game as many times as you'd like.

Please do not delete your saved data. You won't be able to restart The Prelude if you do this.

Well since I bombed I most definitely will be starting again once the game comes out

Might sound crazy but I did even initialize my PS4 (yes I lost my NBA 2K16 saves) but it didn't help. I started with the account that got the error message but I think there is some kind of flag on the server side. Now I am worried if I can connect to 2K servers with those accounts post-Prelude on the actual game. Looks like a bug to me.

                        That's not working like that

Created a second gamer tag...here we go again.

Don't bother deleting the file because you'll have to download the prelude again. Whereas creating a new GT just let you start again from the face scan screen

I wish I have seen something like this before I started trying to play prelude with all my accounts
