quick question ive preordered the digital version yesterday, download will start today at midnight eastern time, but i was wondering can i also download it at the same time on my lil bro ps4 or i have to wait for it to completely download on mine ?

yeah you and your lil bro can download it at same time but it will decrease connection speed
