Got rid of Colonels and it uploaded. I guess "colon"els was the problem? How ridiculous!!!

What determines headband color on a jersey? More specifically what determines headband color on a home jersey in the creator?

Update: I still can't figure it out specifically what determines headband color, seems to have some connection to the colors on the jersey numbers and player name(s) on the back of the jersey.
