Correct me if I'm wrong, but download a user uploaded copy of the uniforms and you should be able to? I haven't tried it with an NBA uniform, but I've fine tuned other user creations to fit my expansion franchises, such as removing the Nike symbol/other additions.

unfortunately it does not work. You can definitely alter original designs but I don't know how to alter either NBA designs or expansion teams designs, like for instance if you tried to change the Baltimore barons, San Diego surf, Pittsburgh force, Cincinnati Lions, Vancouver ravens, etc. it's not possible, but there has to be a way because people are doing it.

Couldnt find this exact design in ps4, with kansas city name in the away uniform. I like the kc royals design though. tempted to use it for my 3rd season in myleague, making a storyline of first sports team with the same name in the same city
