I just changed it to a JPEG and it worked.

Ok so I figured out a solution " Invalid or missing image " you have to resize the image. i.e.. I changed the size to 1500x1500 and it worked. I guess because the background is erased the 2k server is not able to read it, so making the size bigger helps it identify it. I'll repost my final images once i'm done.

It sounds strange because I always upload mine 1024x1024 and I have never had any background. Plus they are always PNG.

The problem I believe was because I had a lot of gray logos so I had to keep messing with the sizes until the 2k uploader was able to read the image i guess. I did it with "picture" on my macbook, I took the image made a copy of it and kept changing the sizes until it was able to upload on the 2k server. ie. I did 200x200 for some but others were like 800x800, 1500x500 etc. And then it was the same deal for the arena size. But eventually it all worked
