Next up is 76ers and SAS.

For the Sixers I just did a slight rebrand. For the home I added "Sixers" in the same style as the city edition. The Phila wordmark is moved to away. I prefer when the city name is on the away, I just do. The home jersey is in a more parchment toned color, just like the original City edition. I wanted a nice 76ers blue, not the navy Wizard blue. These uniforms are by no means my greatest rebrand at all.
I included the playoff Franklin snake on the left side of the shorts and on the right I only added "Phila Unite". Just an easy and plain rebrand but effective:

For SAS I made a new logo inspired by several insanely good designers on the web. I really liked the alamo concept so I used that as an outline and filled in the wordmarks and a little basketball on top. I know Leonard is not playing for the Spurs anymore(what a mess he made) but I thought it was best to use him as model. The jersey numbers outlining does not show that much which kinda takes away from the whole. It was during this I found out I had to seperate Nets and SAS more. I kinda broke my rule of city name/city name for this, however I think it works. Besides everything I mentioned above, I am really pleased with this concept:

Wanted to go in full with the vice idea bc it represents the team really well and the colors stand out. Utah’s faded jerseys are dope so I took inspiration from the night lights in Miami on the strip.

Next up is Charlotte Hornets and Houston Rockets.

The first thing one notices about this rebrand is that I have made hive gradients on top of jersey and bottom of the shorts. The colors are teal purple and white which fades into the uniform(different arrangment for home and away). I also colored the sponor patch to match the unique jordan logo they have. For home the jersey number is outlined with purple and teal on the inside, which I think look terrific. On away, its still purple outline but white inside. I decided to go against a waist color, I just think the whole of the uniform seems more sleek and clean this way; Hornets peculiar colorways make simply make the uniforms stand out. This is probably in my top 5 favorite uniform concepts I have made, so here it is:

The Rockets are a bit hard for me. At one hand I want to play with the yellow colorway but at the same time they have distanced themselves from it in favor of black and grey. I went with the red, black, grey and white and was positively suprised with the result. I also gave them a sponsor in Halliburton. The patches matches, of course. A side rocket on the right side and no contrast on the waist. I used the statement as blueprint for the away, but instead of white it grey inside the wordmark and number and removed the square-like drawing on the sides, making it spotless. I did remove the side stripes on the home for the same reason as the away. Im kinda happy with this result:

I have had some serious issues with Cleveland Cavaliers. I don't like the color tones nor the combinations. I have, as many others before me have done, removed the navy and swapped in black; something they seem to be doing but slowly in Cleveland.

The gold on the jersey numbers isnt that visible for the home uniform, neither is the gold outline around cavaliers on it either. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, just tried to make them a bit more "Cavs", especially by making the neck and shoulder stripes more throwback - for home it is gold and wine, for away it is gold and black - which is kinda hard to see. The goodyear logo is two colored and different in every pic.
I included here an alternate with the horrible "the land", but in black, wine, gold and white, this is from a former rebrand try.

I also added the court, I had the apron in black but felt it didnt fit so I changed it and also changed my black version of the logo.
All in all, I liked the away jersey(wine) the most. Anyway, here it is:

The Bucks have had some really cool uniforms, especially the Ray Allen jerseys. I wanted to remove the cream and blue and return the purple, but instead I went with two different colors of green and white. I have seen a lot of takes on this and I have really liked the look so here's my take on the Milwaukee Bucks.

A point of interest for me is that I feel the Bucks look too similar to the Celtics. I dont like the combo of green and cream, which is probably heresey for some but it doesnt change the fact that it doesnt feel unique. I used forest and grass green and used white to seperate the colors.
This version of the Bucks feels woodland-y and fresh.
It is hard to see but I have outlined the bucks with the darker green. And colorwise they are easier to differentiate from the Boston Celtics. I'm gonna fool around with purple soon. And sorry for the likeness, my mindset has been to be inspired and rebrand. Anyways:

Here is a rebranded Indiana Pacers. I removed the circular wordmark and replaced it with Pacers for home and Indiana for away. I also added chequered flag on the sides, as the new uniforms . I made the court more yellow-y. I took the liberty of adding Eli Lilly as patch sponsor. When rebranding the Pacers I was pondering the rebrand in hoosier colors but went for the classic pacers colors instead. I prefer the home uniform to the away, so I might still edit the away jersey some more but I'm out of layers. Anyways, here is home, away and court:

I am currently working on rebranding Memphis Grizzlies to Memphis Kings since I dont know what the hell to do with Sacramento Kings. I'm also working on rebranding Oklahoma City Thunder(arguably the ugliest logo in the current NBA) to Oklahoma Thunderbirds, or at least something native american. I'll put em here when I'm done. If anyone got any requests or takes then by all means tell me! As well in regards to Memphis, Sacramento and Thunder.

Here is a Golden State Warriors rebrand I just did:

This is by no means a hard rebrand and it has it faults. I didnt know what to do with the front numbers. Besides that Im pleased about this rebrand. The logo on the chest is fixed with the ball(took me some time to edit that) and the main basis for the jerseys is the homage to the City jerseys.
