Nope - you can now capture in 60fps @ 720p.

I just tried and it still only captures video at 30 fps. Firmware update patch notes say you can stream (Doesn't say anything about capturing) at 60 fps now, but that's not the same as capturing the video. It makes no sense as in my experience streaming should be more demanding than capturing a video?

The only workaround could be using the new 720p 60 fps youtube streaming function and then automatically saving the stream on your youtube channel. I think that might work , but haven't tested yet.

Sorry, yeah. I was referring to the streaming enhancement to 60fps for youtube. I used it a couple of nights ago.
