R2 turbo still not working off ball in retail

I can't imagine that it is a controller issue when it works just fine when you have the ball. Those that are having different results with different controllers, try pressing down on the R2 as hard as you can with the controller that doesn't work. I have been able to sprint that way, but after playing for about an hour my hand is pretty sore #firstworldproblems

Huh. So I just got a prompt for an update (not the patch, I mean one of those popups that stick to the corner of the screen until you exit all the way out to the main menu) and now I can sprint off the ball. I don't know if there's a way to force that update or if you have to be patient (I fooled around with expansion drafts for like an hour), but there is a fix out there!

It's happened to me, and it's perplexing to say the least, but it's still Day 1. Give them a chance. I'm sure they'll get something out quickly to fix the issue. Patience.

Don't know why there are 2 separate threads about this... but I posted in there in case you haven't been following. An update went out this morning that fixes the sprinting issue. Everyone should be good now after updating.
