Can you sub full units during a timeout?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm not seeing anywhere to sub a full unit during the timeout interface. It seems like you have to sub guys one by one. Last year you could just hit a button to scroll through the sub groups. Am I missing something?

Once you move the left stick to select a guy and hit RT to start a substitution, you can use LB and RB to switch between the different full lineups (starters, bench, etc.). Thankfully it's still there but I wish the menu wasn't so obtuse.

So you have to select a single player before you can swap the hole squad? That's weird. I like last year's better. It was more boring to look at but it got the job done quickly and easily
