R2 turbo still not working off ball in retail

Well despite Mike Wang promising this wouldn't be a problem in the retail copy, I'm having the exact same problem I did in the Prelude. Can't turbo off the ball. If I double tap it, it seems to engage occasionally, but that's it. And no, it's not the controller cause R2 is working just fine in everything else I'm playing now including first person shooters. This really is making MyCareer almost unplayable for me. Anyone else experiencing this still?

Well guess I should be glad it's not just me. Really disappointed. May have to just put to the game down til they (hopefully) resolve this

It worked for me in the Prelude and works for me in retail. PS4. It's not happening to everyone.

Mine worked fine for me on Prelude. Won't be able to pick up retail until later today. On PS4.

It still works for me on 1 controller and doesn't work on the other. A couple on squad report still can't sprint.

R2 works for me in the prelude before the patch and still after the patch. I'll check the retail tonight?

It works for me, but I have to press it all the way down with some serious force in order to get it to work. Pretty annoying and isn't the same way as when I have the ball.

It works perfectly for me on one controller, and is completely dead (with and without ball) on the other controller. I can't wrap my mind around how that's possible, but hopefully it's something they can sort out relatively quickly.

Yep, doesn't work for me either. Pretty frustrating given that we were "guaranteed" this wouldn't be an issue.
