Face scan
Trying to do the face scan. But when I log into the app it says it can't find a save file for 2k17 and therefore won't log me in. The game has no face scan to upload. Any ideas how to fix this?

Same for me, it told me to download the mobile app so I did..
Theres no face scan on there...

There is the option....click left on the toggle switch on the first screen and it will give you more options including face scan. I had the same issue, poor design IMO
