bench press problem

Is anyone else having problems with the bench press in the training facility in MyCareer? Everytime I try to use it my system freezes. I am on an Xbox One.

This is related to a problem I posted on the bug report recently. If your team-mate that helps you with workouts leaves the gym, your game will be stuck when attempting that workout.

Does anyone know if these attributes are permanent? or just a temporary boost?
