To move up tiers you need to complete endorsement meetings when they appear. Shoes then become free for NBA only. You don't get all of them unlocked for free in Park/Pro-Am unfortunately.

I was drafted top 5 and I got free shoes upon signing. I assume the contracts are dependent on your draft pick. The higher you are, the bigger compensation you start at. I started at level 2 with nike

The shoe deal is glitches and doesn't work. I choose Under Armour but then it switched me to Jordan how I don't know. And now I been stuck at level 1 for 3 seasons
