Offensive Gameplan before game/via pause menu, please ?

Would it be possible to incorporate this ? I am seriously loosing 3 or 4 possessions at the start of the game to set up things that should be available beforehand. I should not have to tell my team every game that i want them to run with the ball or crash the offensive glass. Or that i want to start of the game with a Pick and Roll focus. Or what sort of Freelance offense i want to run.

Yes, i will probably get quicker about setting things up. But still, i really disagree with the direction the game is taking in this regard.

(and yes, i also realize i could put on ACE and the cpu would likely do a nice job. But i´d like to play my way, fail or win)
