Guys I need your help:

I have never understood in previous 2Ks how player growth process is affected by trainings in MyGM/MyLeague?

This year's rookies have very few badges, will they earn some? What triggers it best? Trainings or on court performances?

Also, what if I were able to earn a three-peat Finals MVP with Anthony Bennet, would he progress as well or its badges/attributes were conditioned by potential rate?

And then, how can I earn hours for training camps??
