mycareer crashes every time on loading screen

Same thing happening to me except on the PS4. I'm trying to reinstall the game but I've read it didn't work for others. After spending all my 100k pre order VC and earning a dozen badges, I'll be chapped if I lose my player.

yea the most part is not the vc but the time it took me to upgrade my player and get the badges.

i was never able to continue my Prelude player & Spent 400K VC on him. 2k has done nothing but gave me the run around. they're dropping the ball BADLY!!!!
