Free Throw Rating

Hi not sure if this has been covered in a thread yet but i am wondering how is the free throw rating raised.
i have done the free throw practice in team practice and got the +1 twice so far i am stuck at 65 it went to 66 once and the second time i went into extra work after team practice and when i checked my attributes after i saw it at 65
i have seen people say mid range upgrades will help so im just saving on some VC to see if that works

It was mentioned a couple of times already that this might be a glitch, many people experience it, also with stamina going up and back down. That's why I'm not playing MyCareer anymore until we get a patch. I'm afraid of screwing up my build that I spent VC on.
