Hmm I have never had the ball stolen from straight on while protecting....I know they can come around and still get the ball if you dont switch sides...which they should be able to do...if thats the case it should be tweaked in that situation at least..

Hey 24th Letter quick question, doesnt it just feel like the Protect Ball stance should be permanent unless I click L2 again? (like post up used to be) just seems like it would feel more natural/user-friendly...

Be nice if it freed up your fingers for others stuff....i'm trying to call plays over here, yknow?

Sorry...I've watched the video, and I'm just not seeing it. When I play PNO, must of my opponents' steals are from the floaty passes than them spamming my ball handler. I learning it's better to lay off the turbo, take your time bringing the ball up, survey the defense, and react accordingly.

Yup it can happen. Had a Warriors user do with Steph and stole it from Kyrie. I was holding L2 while not dribbling. It's gotta be a new animation because I've never seen it in previous games.
