Locker Code not working. What to do?

I had the game since midnight release, my friend and I couldn't find our locker codes. Usually, they have the code on the receipt - not the case. I discovered the code inside the case and I inserted it many times, I thought maybe I mistaken the number 0 and the letter O, tried every variations to no avail. I do not have the 1992 Dream Team.

What do I do?

Pretty sure the only locker code was for the Jordan Tee.

I thought the other code was inputted through the PS Store.

Maybe the right code is on your receipt? I know GameStop does this.

You enter the preorder code in the playstation or live stores.
