2K has got to clean up tendencies - Let's add to 100

Being a veteran of the series i remember a time when tendencies quite regularly were designed with a 100-scale in mind at least out of the box, kinda as the sum of 2 or more sliders. Since then it has gotten way away from it, taken a ton of transparency out of the way the tendencies ought to function.


Some examples for me include the following:

Shooting: Since there is a global shooting slider as well as one for taking contested jumpers, why not have the different "ranges" add up to 100 ?

Shooting 2: Within the range, why wouldn´t (f.e.) Shot Close Left/Right/Center add up to 100 ? (and why are these numbers so damn low compared to every other slider ? usually sub-10)

Layup/Dunk: Why wouldn´t the tendency to take a standing dunk and a standing layup (or the driving variety) add up to 100 ?

Layup: Why wouldn´t Spin/Hopstep/Euro and a to-be-added "normal" layup add up to 100 ?

Drive setup: Why don´t the different Triple Threat Tendencies add up to 100 ? Same for "Setup with Hesitation/Sizeup/No Setup"
