How do you get the 10 extra cap increases in park?

700+ wins with high team mate grades and stats will net you superstar 1. It then looks like for every win after with the grades etc it goes up around 00.05% so it will be a hefty grind.

Yup. Looks like I'm stuck once I get 125 upgrades. No intention of playing Park even before I found out how much of a grind it would be. Who has time for all that?
