Never got 92 dream team

I never got the 92 dream team, I pre ordered the game digitally on PSN on 9/14. Was there some sort of time limit on this item or did I just not get something that I am entitled to?

If you entered your code on the PSN store/ xbox store, you did not do anything wrong this is a 2k issue. many other users are having the same problem, myself included.

That's strange I digitally pre-ordered the game and the Dream Team was in fr Day 1.
