Hof breakstarter badge?

Does anybody know wht is the requirement number to throw outlet passe? I been playing 20+ games throwing the passes and see it on the top right screen but haven't got it and its the only badge i need left for hof.

and to keep it on point regarding break starter:

i'm in my second season (averaging 17 d rebs or so a game) and chuck EVERY SINGLE outlet pass down court immediately. we're talking over 500 "break starting passes" in this season alone. i even throw them down court after steals, just in case.

no badge yet. i'm getting a bit lost.

well, this will probably just be frustrating to everyone who's working on it, but i finally got HoF breakstarter....

i got the black screen issue when loading my player, and i was pretty close to losing my ****. anyway, a quick google search found that "x x o o x" was the fix (on PS4). not only did the fix work, but as soon as the image came back, i unlocked a boatload of badges--most of them i had been working on.

turns out HoF break starter was one of them. i never saw an in game unlock for it, but it's definitely there now. i can say i threw over 1000 "break starting passes" within the last 50 games.

EDIT: I AM NOT SAYING IT TAKES 1000! i honestly have no idea at this point. just keep chucking
